Qualifications
  • Requires a 4-year degree in Engineering or a Construction related field
  • Possess at least 5-20 years of heavy civil estimating, augmented by additional project management experience
  • Must be capable of taking ownership and leading in the preparation of a complete proposals, including identifying risk and opportunities, and maintaining a win strategy
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of the DOT heavy civil market, and be well versed in computerized estimating systems
  • Have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Movable bridge and post tensioned structure experience is highly desired
